A: Yes. Both courses are completely free. No cost, no upsell, no hidden fees. This program is funded by donors through the Be the Transformational Change Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Q: Who is this for?
A: Tier 1: Foundation is for all LGBTQIA+ professionals at any career stage. The Catalyst Track is designed for Trans, nonbinary, genderqueer, genderfluid, Two-Spirit, and gender-expansive professionals. Both courses are open to anyone.

Q: Do I need to take both courses?
A: If you are Trans or gender-expansive, we recommend both. Tier 1 gives you the complete salary negotiation system. The Catalyst Track adds identity-specific strategies. Together they provide 28 lessons and 8 career tools.

Q: Is my enrollment private?
A: Yes. Your enrollment is private and will never be shared with your employer or any third party. We take privacy seriously, especially for Catalyst Track learners.

Q: How long does it take?
A: Both courses are self-paced. Most learners complete Tier 1 in 4-6 hours and the Catalyst Track in 3-4 hours. You can go at your own speed.
